Purchases

If you refuse to accept a shipment of a purchase you agree to be responsible for all shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee for the items purchased.

Returns

You must contact us by email via Return under Customer Service to request an RMA number prior to returning a purchase. If you return an item without an RMA number you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. All Items being returned must be marked with black felt pen on the outside of the box, with the phrase. "items being returned to original sender"
